By | September 9, 2019

Lent is a very special season in the Catholic calendar because it is the time when we look at ourselves and try to figure out exactly
what things in ourselves that we would like to change. So, Lent is a time of change beginning with Ash Wednesday and ending with Easter. And during that time we follow closely the
Lord Jesus and he asks us to change, he asks us to become a little bit more like him following the cross. So, Lent is a time of conversion, it’s a time
of renewal, it’s a time of coming closer to the Lord.
