the Best Man, Troy. ] [ The Flower Girl and Ring Bearer enter. ] [ The Bride, Danielle, is escorted by her Father. ] [ The Father of the Bride lifts the Bride’s veil. ] [ He gives her away with a kiss. ] Welcome you all, today to this great sacrament of the Church in which our dear friends, Jeff and Danielle offer their human love upon the altar of Christ to see it transformed and perfected in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony. And let this be a day, in which all of us, if we are married, each in our own hearts renew marriage vows. And for those of us who’ve yet to approach a day like this, may we pray that if it be God’s will, we may do so with just a small portion of the faith and piety represented by Jeff and Danielle. Jeff, wilt thou take Danielle, here present, for thy lawful wife, according to the Rite of our holy Mother the Church? I will. Danielle wilt thou take Jeff, here present, for thy lawful husband, according to the Rite of our holy Mother the Church? I will. Join your right hands. Jeff, repeat after me. Bless, O Lord, this ring which we bless in Thy name, that she who shall wear it, keeping true faith unto her spouse may abide in Thy peace and in obedience to Thy will, and ever live in mutual love. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
