Kristen Waggoner screwed up when she said "conduct" at 4:36.
Cake-making is not speech or expression. It's conduct, exactly what Waggoner let slip. And for 55+ years, the Supreme Court has always ruled that the government can prohibit discriminatory conduct.

It’s such a sad situation. The hurt is very visible and clear when he talked about being scared to go to his shop, that’s not ok and no one should give death threats like that. But you just cannot use religion as a smoke screen to be unkind to someone.

Amazing, first things first marriage is a RELIGIOUS BELIEF!! when 2 people say I do they are vowing before God that they will! but these people are sabotaging marriage even though they don’t believe in God!

    Are they religious or not!!

Marriage is a religious thing… and its only recognized by God! Thats its purpose! And God only recognized it with man and woman end of story!

I don’t care about your feelings! I care about facts! I hope they find the truth!

The Bible tells us what is right and wrong. We choose to accept it or reject it. If anyone is offended because they stand up for what they believe, that is their right. So here we go again, cake guy was ridiculed for standing up for his rights . . . or does he not have a right??? FREEDOM OF SPEECH . . . ?? No you do not have freedom of speech if you disagree with LGBT rights . . now that is democracy in it's most evil way. cake guy, GOD will restore to you whatever you lost through this because you put GODS ways above the ways of the world. People just want to crush each other and be vengeful why not try dialogue, like an intervention or something before running and taking their angry feelings to court?????
Also people, specially the government, CANNOT force other people to DO things they don't agree to do! I can be threatened out of a job for refusing to perform abortions, but nobody can actually MAKE me perform one. I would just refuse to move my hands to do it.
